Workplace Climate Committee now on the Intranet

Did you notice the Workplace Climate Committee (WPCC) now has their own page on the Intranet? If not, go check it out now! Once you open the Employee Intranet, look at the blue bars along the left side of the page, and you’ll see the “Workplace Climate Committee” tab. The group wants to keep you updated on their projects, so here’s a message from them encouraging you to take a moment to browse through summaries from the Job Satisfaction and Engagement Survey that was distributed in late 2013:

“In August 2013, the WPCC launched its first major project by distributing a survey to employees, allowing the group to assess various elements as they relate to job satisfaction and engagement of the employees at the LFCHD. After the survey results were received back from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the WPCC held a series of focus groups to take a deeper look into items that showed the highest level of concern among the departments. As the group continues to assess all of the results, please understand that although we will not be able to address all concerns, we hope to be able to dissect the information we’ve gathered to find common threads and eventually be able to make three sound recommendations for improvement. Thank you for your patience! We are all excited to be a part of this team and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead in developing strategies to help us all enjoy our time spent here at LFCHD.”
