Moon offers tips to gain wellness challenge points!
There are plenty of ways you can participate in the Bluegrass Wellness at Work Challenge; just take it from last year’s agency winner, Julie Moon!
“I tried to find inventive ways to collect points,” she said. “At home, I remained as active as possible. You would be surprised at how many things that you can do around the house to remain active.”
Julie, who won a Fitbit for having the most total points in the challenge, offers these helpful hints to increase your daily points:
- Walking during 15 minute breaks
- Walking during lunch
- Walking the dog
- Gym membership
- House work
- Home Repair – active
- Walking at the Arboretum
- Games – Badminton
