Spring Forward, get active!

Be sure to Spring Forward this weekend and move your clocks ahead one hour. Then, with that extra daylight, get active! A 30-minute walk around the neighborhood or on your lunch break can help improve your health. For more tips on healthy living, call one of our health educators at 859-288-2446.

National Nutrition Month is a nutrition education and information campaign created annually in March by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The campaign focuses attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.

We’ll be celebrating all month with social media posts, so keep an eye out and be sure to share them on your sites! We’ll also be discussing it on the Healthy Times radio show at 10 a.m. March 6 on 93.9 FM.
